“ Banyon called me as I was about mid way across the GG and said "Hey, since your coming over anyway...stop at the Sea Forager Seafood place down on the wharf, and grab some sand dabs, then go to that produce market up the hill and spring for some asparagus...park in my garage because the street is packed" Well, I got the stuff plus some others and was back on Bay Street for a nice dinner! So ..the lesson here is ..when Banyon invites you to dinner be prepared to bring it, and always insist on the Sea Forager for your fresh seafood! It's 5 stars all the way! ”

“ We love getting our fish delivered every Wednesday, and we did the foraging tour which inspired us and set us up to go crabbing for the first time! It's such a treat to be able to live in SF where we can have the most ethical, most delicious and exciting food delivered every week. Over fishing is an ENORMOUS problem and with the poor decisions being made by the current administration in Washington, things will only get worse. I believe in supporting local and sustainably harvested EVERYTHING, and appreciate the delicious, fresh fish that Sea Forager offers. Ordering is easy, and on top of my supscription order, having access to additional sustainable and often hard to find types of fish through the on-line store is a fantastic bonus! There are also recipes available on their website if you don't know how to prepare a particular type of seafood and you can also share your own recipe. You can sign up for weekly or bi-monthly deliveries at either a local pickup site, or for a little more, home delivery. You can also choose to get fish fillets only ('The Slab'), or a variety of seafood that includes shellfish, crab and fillets.This is a great business, run by passionate, smart people. If you want fresh, sustainable seafood, become a subscriber!! ”
